WindRiver Harbor & Yacht Club is located in the heart of the WindRiver community and between mile marker 2 and mile marker 3 on Tellico Lake. WindRiver Harbor & Yacht Club provides easy access to the natural beauty of Tellico Lake, part of the Little Tennessee River System fed by the clear streams of the Great Smoky Mountains. A world of interests is just a boat excursion away. The Harbor & Yacht Club offers an advanced docking system, electricity, sewage services, fuel station and more. The Harbor & Yacht Club marina is semi-private with leasing options available to the public and preferred leasing to WindRiver residents and property owners.

In conjunction with the Harbor & Yacht Club, WindRiver is planning for the future development of a floating bistro on Tellico Lake. When complete, the bistro will be Tellico Lake’s newest waterfront, open-air hangout featuring a relaxed atmosphere with lunch and dinner menus. Waves, water, and friends will make this the perfect lakefront destination, and it’s all at the beautiful WindRiver Harbor & Yacht Club.
